The compressed air and purifing section:
The section is formed by :air compressor, air tank,third-grade,precise filter, cooling dryer and active carbon. Its function is to provide high grade compressed air as material to nitrogen generator.The purified and compressed air is good for respiration.
The nitrogen generator section:
This section is formed by carbon molecular sieve,two alternatively working absorber vessels, control system ,flux display system,and tubes.Powerbuilder GAS employs imported components and materials from Germany, along with Carbo Tech Gmbh technology.Due to the adsorption properties of specially treated CMS, It' s possible to producenitrogen by charging two alterna-tively used absorber vessels with compressed air.While one vessel is absorbing,the other regenerates by pressure reduction. Finally high grade purified nitrogen. We' d like to offer good quality ,low cost,high efficiency equipments and excellent service to our customer. purity: 95%-99.995%

Nitrogen refining section:
To meet the requirement of higher grade purified nitrogen,the refining section is available upon request. It is mainly formed by oxygen remover, cooler, adsorption dryer, and other instru-ments. It aims to remove the residual oxygen and water in the nitrogen.

Principle:
