We have been engaged in the assembly of PSA nitrogen generators and oxygen generators in our factory for 15 years, providing approximately 400 sets of PSA nitrogen generators and oxygen generators for domestic and international customers each year, including production, and debugging.
In collaboration with Burkert Valves, we have customized our own double-acting pneumatic valve. Through the design of top and middle pressure equalization,and airflow orifice plates, we continuously optimize and reduce the air consumption ratio of the equipment, thus achieving energy savings. The energy consumption ratio of our equipment has reached the highest level in China. And through our patented silencer, our device noise is controlled to less than 55 db.

2. Working Principles for PSA Nitrogen Generator
Adsorption: Compressed air, containing a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen, enters the PSA nitrogen generator and passes through a vessel filled with a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) adsorbent material. The CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen molecules, allowing nitrogen to pass through and separate from the air stream.
Nitrogen Production: The nitrogen-enriched gas flows through the vessel, exiting as the desired product while the oxygen is retained by the CMS material.
Desorption: As the CMS bed becomes saturated with oxygen, the pressure inside the vessel is reduced to release the adsorbed oxygen molecules. This desorption process regenerates the CMS bed for further nitrogen production.
Purge Cycle: To ensure complete removal of residual oxygen and maintain nitrogen purity, a portion of the produced nitrogen is redirected back into the vessel. This purge gas helps to sweep out any remaining oxygen molecules from the system.
Repeat Cycle: The adsorption, nitrogen production, desorption, and purge cycles are repeated continuously. Multiple vessels are typically incorporated in the PSA nitrogen generator, alternating between different stages to ensure a continuous supply of high-purity nitrogen gas.
By leveraging the selective adsorption properties of the CMS material and employing well-timed cycles of adsorption, desorption, and purging, the PSA nitrogen generator reliably produces a continuous stream of nitrogen gas with high purity levels.
